137 GLENROY RD, GLENROY
This project was drawn by B.Y. Architects for a client who wanted a touch of class in Glenroy. Combining elements of stone bench tops, floor to ceiling tiles, in-wall toilet cisterns, lineal shower grates, 10mm glass shower screens and designer kitchens this project really stood out from the rest. The client didn’t hold back when it came to quality which stands out in this project. The staircases are solid timber with 12mm glass channel inserts to hold the glass in place, not to mention the oak timber flooring throughout the bedrooms. Another quality project built by Niche Build that we are happy to showcase.
Miriam Close - Wheelers Hill
This high-end renovation is located in Wheelers Hill with a high attention to detail, not only was this a structural build but everything needed to be perfect to achieve the end result, from working with an uneven floor through to different ceiling heights, the flow-through needed to be perfect. Everything about this build was custom built from the kitchen cabinetry and custom made curved timber wall, the kitchen benchtop & splash back is marble from Italy called Dolomite marble, the floor to ceiling windows are also a high-end product which glide with ease and look bold and beautiful, the designer bathrooms with custom black trim to the shower screen to a full sheet of ribbed glass panel in the main bathroom. The flooring used is American oak with a matt finish to compliment the 2pak matt kitchen finish, this project has been featured in kitchen & bathroom design magazine in January 2023.
238 SOMERVILLE RD, YARRAVILLE
This mixed-use development is located in the inner city of Melbourne . Consisting of a commercial dwelling, a shop top apartment and three stunning double story townhouses, all finished in a medium fit out. The original 1950’s shop façade was preserved as it was heritage listed so the project required a very high level of construction knowledge to work with the old, incorporate the new, and blend in with the streetscape.
Some of the features of this build are the water based finished floor boards selected from finest grade of Oak, the shower screens are 10mm giving it a sleek look with seamless lines. Another stand out feature is the two pack kitchen and custom vanities, soft close toilets and solid timber staircases along with 40mm stone benchtops throughout.
MILLER STREET, PRESTON
This project consist of 5 luxury town houses all triple story’s finished in high end specification, from Calcutta marble stone tops to spotted gum timber flooring, glass splash back throughout bathroom walls this project is a stand out and we are proud to showcase this dwelling.
HERBERT STREET, FOOTSCRAY
Situated in Footscray this project consisted of 5 town houses, all double story’s with a medium specification with a stunning attention to detail with fine tile lines, soft close kitchen draws as well as soft close toilets. This is a true example that you don’t have to spend a fortune to achieve stunning results.
BELL STREET APARTMENTS, PRESTON
This project consist of 9 apartments plus underground basement for car space and storage, situated on busy bell street Preston traffic management was a key component for this project. This project was a of medium specification which included timber flooring, stone bench top and floor to ceiling tiling in all bathrooms.
CHARLES ST, SEDDON
This project consists of 4 large apartments with a commercial dwelling below, the commercial dwelling was built especially for Bendigo Bank. The apartments consisted of stone bench tops, timber flooring and carpet to the bedrooms, this project was a medium specification.
