Niche operates a professional building business using quality sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver quality products and services to the business and private sector of Melbourne’s metropolitan area. Building & renovating to areas such as Bulleen, Templestowe, Doncaster, Balwyn, Kew, Camberwell through to the bayside surrounding suburbs.
We have strong ties from years of experience within the building industry engaging loyal and reliable sub-contractors and suppliers. Niche is licensed for domestic construction and the commercial sector with a strong focus on small to medium commercial building projects.
When undertaking construction of a new development we engage construction methods to include energy efficient materials, quality finishes and principles of modern design.
Our success is a result of excellent business management, building with exceptional quality materials resulting in projects adhering to all codes and standards as well as a highly focused attitude to OHS for our employees and contractors.
